Zesty Italian Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a mason jar and shake well. That’s it!
