Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked rotini pasta
  • 12 oz. Whole Foods Market Organic Italian Romano Vinaigrette (or use this homemade zesty Italian dressing recipe)
  • 10 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved (about 2 cups)
  • 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar, cubed
  • 8 oz. salami, cubed
  • 1 cup pepperoncini’s, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta as per the instructions.  Be sure to stop the cooking process by rinsing with cold water when completed.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and top with the cooked pasta.
  3. Add the bottle of Italian Romano vinaigrette and mix well.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
