Dill Pickle Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour in the dill pickle juice and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Stir in the chopped dill pickles and fresh dill.
  4. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
  5. For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes

Comments

This is a very light, refreshing salad dressing that is not over powering.  If you enjoy a thicker, less liquid salad dressing then you can leave out the milk and add an extra spoonful of mayonnaise.
