Ingredients
- 1 lb. cooked rotini pasta
- 12 oz. Whole Foods Market Organic Italian Romano Vinaigrette (or use this homemade zesty Italian dressing recipe)
- 10 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved (about 2 cups)
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese pearls
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar, cubed
- 8 oz. salami, cubed
- 1 cup pepperoncini’s, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook the pasta as per the instructions. Be sure to stop the cooking process by rinsing with cold water when completed.
- Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and top with the cooked pasta.
- Add the bottle of Italian Romano vinaigrette and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
