Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 or 4 celery stalks, chopped
- Miracle Whip
- Yellow or Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes with the skin on for 45 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Peel and cube the potatoes in a large bowl.
- Gently combine the celery, onion, salt and pepper.
- Start with adding 4 serving-spoons full of Miracle Whip and 1 serving-spoon of mustard.
- Keeping adding more until it is the desired consistency.
