Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 lbs potatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 or 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • Miracle Whip
  • Yellow or Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes with the skin on for 45 minutes.  Allow to cool.
  2. Peel and cube the potatoes in a large bowl.
  3. Gently combine the celery, onion, salt and pepper.
  4. Start with adding 4 serving-spoons full of Miracle Whip and 1 serving-spoon of mustard.
  5. Keeping adding more until it is the desired consistency.
