Isle Bay Beach is a perfect beach for spending the afternoon swimming and relaxing.  The surf is typically calm and there are four covered picnic tables and restrooms for use.  You can even grab some food and drinks from the Isle Bay Beach Bar and enjoy your meal in the sand.  The beach itself is over 1/4 mile long and like most beaches on Montserrat, is comprised of soft, black volcanic sand.
