Ingredients
- Hot peppers, minced fine
- Shallots, minced fine
- 1 part water
- 2 parts vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard

Mix minced peppers and shallots
- Add the remaining ingredients and boil together until the consistency is that of thin gravy
