Hot Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • Hot peppers, minced fine
  • Shallots, minced fine
  • 1 part water
  • 2 parts vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Mix minced peppers and shallots
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and boil together until the consistency is that of thin gravy
