Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower florets
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 lb. Monterey jack cheese, grated
- 2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 oz. goat cheese, cut into small pieces
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Layer the cauliflower, heavy cream and all three cheeses in a medium casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft and the sauce has thickened slightly. Remove from the oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Comments
- Use 1 cup of heavy cream instead of 2.
- After 30 minutes of baking, mix the contents of the pan and return to the oven for 10 minutes, or under the broiler.
