Cath’s Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1 package coleslaw mix with cabbage and carrots
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- Dash of salt and pepper
- Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except the mayonnaise in a large pot.
- Stir occasionally and let stand for 1 hour.
- Add the Hellmann’s Mayonnaise until desired amount of liquid is made (probably about 4-6 big spoonful’s)
