Cath’s Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 1 package coleslaw mix with cabbage and carrots
• 1/2 small onion, chopped
• 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
• 4 Tbsp. sugar
• Dash of salt and pepper
• Hellmann’s Mayonnaise

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients except the mayonnaise in a large pot.
2. Stir occasionally and let stand for 1 hour.
3. Add the Hellmann’s Mayonnaise until desired amount of liquid is made (probably about 4-6 big spoonful’s)
