- 2 broccoli crowns, finely chopped
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Bacon Bits
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Mayonnaise (about 3 large serving-spoons full)
- In a small bowl stir together the vinegar and sugar.
- In a large bowl mix the broccoli, onion, bacon and cheese. Stir in the vinegar-sugar mixture and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the mayonnaise 1 spoonful at a time until desired consistency.
- The dressing will thin as it marinates.
