Antigua & Barbuda

Antigua and Barbuda is a stunning twin-island nation located in the Caribbean, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant culture. Antigua, the larger of the two islands, boasts 365 beaches—one for each day of the year—making it a paradise for sun-seekers and water sports enthusiasts. Barbuda, more tranquil and less developed, is famous for its pink sand beaches and the Frigate Bird Sanctuary, home to one of the largest colonies of frigate birds in the Western Hemisphere. The islands have a rich history influenced by the Arawak and Carib peoples, followed by European colonization. Today, Antigua and Barbuda is celebrated for its warm hospitality, colorful festivals, and a thriving tourism industry that highlights its natural beauty and cultural heritage.

Antigua and Barbuda are serviced by a dozen airlines with flights from the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom and more.  Travelling from the United States we have found that most flights arrive mid to late afternoon.  If continuing on to other Caribbean islands such as Montserrat, you may need to stay on island overnight to catch a morning flight.  If so, checkout the Siboney Beach Club.

If you are looking for transportation while on island, we recommend calling or WhatsApp messaging Kevin Pryce Taxi Services.
