Ingredients
- 12 oz. Mostaccioli pasta noodles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 whole milk
- 4 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 10 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 lb. smoked gouda, cubed
- 24 basil leaves, whole
- 1 1/2 tsp. Adobo sauce (from chipotle peppers) or 1 minced chipotle pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta until done. Drain and rinse with cold water until no longer hot
- Mix the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, salt, pepper, and adobo in a small bowl
- In a large bowl, stir together the pasta, dressing, halved tomatoes and cubed Gouda cheese. Taste for seasonings.
- Stir in the basil at the end and refrigerate a couple hours before serving.
