Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dry thyme
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 cups elbow macaroni
- 3 cups beef stock or broth
- 12 oz. processed cheese, like Velveeta
Instructions

With the cooker lid off, heat the oil on saute (or brown) until sizzling. Place the ground beef in the cooker and cook until browned.
- Add the remaining ingredients except for the cheese, into the cooking
- Securely lock the like and set for 6 minutes on high.
- Perform a quick release to release the pressure cooker pressure
- Add the processed cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Let sit 5 minutes to thicken before serving.
