When in Washington, D.C. a visit to the International Spy Museum is a must.  Located just a few blocks south of the National Mall, the museum displays the world’s largest collection of authentic espionage artifacts.

Built in 2019, the 8-story, 140,000 square foot building consists of exhibits, a theater, learning centers, the museum store, and administrative offices.

Upon check-in, guests are provided an RFID identification card and unique undercover identity where they can follow different missions while making their way through the museum.  8 briefing stations assign skill challenges that will be presented in the upcoming exhibits.  Fun for all ages, the mission gives guests an opportunity to dive deeper into the life of a spy and learn more about the displays presented throughout.

Don’t leave without a stop in the large museum store where you can purchase anything from unique t-shirts and apparel to spy gadgets and toys.

Give yourself a good 3-hours or more to explore the informative and well laid out museum.
