Holland House Beach Hotel

From the entrance off of Front Street, you are immediately in the main lobby and Ocean Lounge. The Ocean Lounge is a large bar and seating area that overlooks Great Bay and the cruise ship docks beyond. There is also smaller bar a few steps down that is directly adjacent to the boardwalk.

Rooms are priced from $200 – $400 USD and often include breakfast at the Ocean Lounge. If not part of the stay package, breakfast will cost $23 USD per person and is available only to hotel guests. Lunch and dinner are open to the public. Full service at the outside bar and seating area is also available.

All rooms, with the exception of the executive city view rooms include a spacious balcony with table and chair. Our room was a the fourth-floor with a city view which had recently been remodeled. The room was spacious and is open to the sink and shower area, with a separate water closet. There is an electronic shade that can be lowered for more privacy in the shower area.

Each room comes with complimentary beach chairs and towels but should be reserved, free of charge, during busy times.
