Ingredients
- 1 lb sauerkraut, drained
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. Thousand Islands dressing
- 1 lb Kielbasa, split and cut into 1 inch pieces
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 pieces of toasted rye bread, cut into croutons.
Instructions
- 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, layer all ingredients in the order above.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
