- 1 yellow onion
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 29 oz. can pinto beans, drained
- 29 oz. can chili beans, drained
- 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 28 oz. jar of spicy marinara
- 7 oz. can green chili’s
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- Add oil to the pressure cooker. Once hot, add the onions and cook until translucent.
- Add the ground beef, salt and pepper and brown.
- Add pinto beans, chili beans, diced tomatoes, chili’s, marinara, ground cumin and chili powder
- Lock the lid and set for 8 minutes on high.
- Perform a quick release and serve.
