During one of our stays in Montserrat, there was a cookbook in the home titled “Nevis Great House Cookbook” that had some great recipes from Nevis’ historic sugar plantation inns.

The cookbook was dated from the 90’s and many of the restaurants are no longer there.  A few recipes that intrigued us were from the Nisbet Plantation, Golden Rock, and Croney’s Old Manor Estate and are shared below.
