Ingredients
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can of Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 package of Dry Onion Soup and Recipe Mix
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup water
- Reserved drippings
Instructions
- Mix 1/2 cup of the tomato soup, beef, pork, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and egg thoroughly. In baking pan (loaf pan) shape firmly into 8″ x 4″ loaf.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until the meat loaf is no longer pink in the center (160 degrees).
- In a small saucepan, mix 2 Tbsp. drippings , the remaining tomato soup, and water.
- Heat thoroughly and serve with meatloaf.
