Laguna Villa

Laguna is the perfect Eleuthera rental property. Ourselves and another couple were lucky to stay here 6 days in January/February of 2019 during the US deep freeze. The house is extremely clean and exquisitely maintained. The owners and property manager were responsive and provided us a wealth of information in preparation to our arrival. We followed many of the recommended stops on the island (Rainbow Inn pizza night, Tippy’s, Buccaneers, Lighthouse Beach, and many others) but also spent endless hours enjoying the homes perfectly situated outdoor deck and pool. You will not get a better sunset anywhere than enjoying a cocktail on Laguna’s west-facing deck. The local books and maps provided to guests were essential in planning our itinerary each day. The house was amazingly outfitted with everything mentioned in the provided amenities; but also extra sunscreen, toiletries, spices, liquor and kitchen accessories. If you arrive on a Sunday when everything is closed, such as we did, there is still plenty in the house to get you by until Monday. If you are debating Eleuthera and Laguna for a vacation, do it! You will not find a friendlier island or better accommodations anywhere. This was our first visit to this incredible island and Laguna is on the top of our list for our guaranteed return.
