Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen broccoli, defrosted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can of water
- 1 small jar of Cheese Wiz
- 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 1/2 stick oleo (margarine)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add in 1/2 soup can of water and mix well.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Comments
If doubling the recipe as we often do for parties, bake for 1 hour.
