Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 lb. cooked ham or sausage cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 cups milk|
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
Instructions
- In a 7 x 11 inch oblong pan, layer half the bread, the meat and the other half of the bread.
- Beat the eggs, milk and mustard together and then pour it over the bread mix.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Before baking, let it sit out for 15 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until its bubbling and golden.
- Let sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
