Apple Sauce
Ingredients
3 lb bag of Macintosh apples
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple juice or cider
2 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
Peel and slick apples with a apple peeler.
Mix in a pot with the sugar and juice.
Bring to almost a boil over medium heat. Use a masher to break apart apples.
Let cook until soft, about 15 minutes.
Using a blender, blend apples until the sauce is very smooth.
Add cinnamon gradually to suit your taste.
Refrigerate.
