Ingredients

  • 1 lb sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. Thousand Islands dressing
  • 1 lb Kielbasa, split and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 pieces of toasted rye bread, cut into croutons.

Instructions

  1. 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, layer all ingredients in the order above.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
