Watermelon Cottage

Watermelon Cottage is an intimate dining establishment tucked away in the lush rainforest of Olveston, right at the crossing of the Nantes River.  Operated out of the home of its owner and chef, Trevor, the restaurant offers a unique “hidden gem” atmosphere where guests dine on a terrace surrounded by nature. The menu focuses on International cuisine with a Caribbean flair, utilizing a farm-to-table approach that results in seasonal dishes based on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

The owner/host Trevor was previously a cruise director for the Queen Mary and a fascinating personality backs it up.
